1. SCOPE & PURPOSE

This Returns & Refund Policy defines how Red Sales manages product return, replacement, and refund requests for orders placed through the App. Red Sales operates as a B2B distributor and stockist of FMCG, beauty, and personal care products, directly sourced from authorized brands. We are not a marketplace; all products are sold and invoiced directly by Red Sales.

2. GENERAL TERMS

  • Red Sales sells exclusively to verified retailers, salons, and professional buyers.
  • No credit facility is provided — all transactions are prepaid or COD.
  • Returns are accepted only under defined scenarios, managed either by Red Sales or the respective brand.

3. TYPES OF RETURNS

A. RETURNS WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY (Handled by Red Sales)

3.1 Eligible Reasons

  • Product is damaged, broken, or leaking.
  • Defective seal or tampering at delivery.
  • Wrong product, shade, or quantity delivered.
  • Product does not match description or specification.
  • Clear photographic/video evidence of carton, label, invoice, and defect required.

3.2 Condition for Acceptance

  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in original delivered condition.
  • Original packaging, seal, barcode, invoice, and accessories must be intact.
  • Combo packs or sets must be returned complete.
  • Red Sales may reject returns if product appears used, damaged post-delivery, or packaging is missing.

3.3 Replacement & Refund Rule

  • All eligible cases will first be processed as a replacement.
  • Refunds issued only if replacement stock is unavailable.
  • Refunds credited to Red Sales Wallet or original UPI/Bank Account.

B. RETURNS AFTER 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY (Handled by Brand Policy)

  • Post 7-day issues are governed by the respective brand’s policy.
  • Red Sales facilitates brand coordination, but the final decision rests with the brand/manufacturer.
  • Replacement or refund processed only if brand authorizes.

3.6 Documentation Required

  • Copy of original invoice
  • Product images showing batch number, manufacturing date, and defect
  • Brand reference or case ID if applicable

4. NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

  • Opened or used cosmetics, skincare, or haircare products
  • Consumable FMCG goods
  • Temperature-sensitive or perishable items
  • Electrical salon tools or appliances after seal removal
  • Products marked “Non-returnable” or “Final Sale”

5. QUALITY CHECK & INSPECTION

  • All returned items undergo Red Sales QC at our warehouse.
  • If QC passes, replacement/refund initiated within 2 working days.
  • If QC fails due to tampering, usage, or storage damage, the item is shipped back to the buyer.

6. REFUND POLICY

  • Refunds processed only when replacement stock is unavailable or brand authorizes.
  • Refunds credited to Red Sales Wallet or original payment mode.
  • Refund initiation: within 2 working days post-QC; bank processing: depends on bank policies.
  • All refunds in INR. Shipping, COD, or logistics charges are non-refundable.

7. ORDER CANCELLATION

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not permitted.
  • If Red Sales cancels an order due to stock or logistics issues, a full refund will be issued.
